Refund policy

14 days, no questions asked.

If you're not happy with your purchase, you can get a full refund within 14 days of buying. You don't need to give a reason.

How to ask. Email support@flexmusiclabs.com from the address you bought with, and include your order number. It's in your receipt email.

What happens.

• The refund goes back to your original payment method through Dodo Payments, the company that processes our orders.
• How long it takes to appear depends on your bank or card issuer.
• When a purchase is refunded, the license for the products it covered ends. Please stop using them and delete your license key. The free demo remains yours to use.

Try before you buy. Every program has a free demo that never expires, so you can make sure it works on your computer and suits you before paying.

After 14 days we don't normally give refunds, unless the law where you live gives you the right to one. Nothing in this policy limits your rights as a consumer.
