ComposerFlex
Pick a style and press Start. ComposerFlex composes a complete solo-piano song (melody, left hand, chords, form and dynamics) and plays it as it writes. A new song every time, and any song you like can be made again.
ComposerFlex writes the music; it makes no sound by itself. To hear it, play it through PianoFlex or another MIDI instrument, ideally a piano sound.
Random
Press Random. Get a brand-new style.
ComposerFlex invents a style: a left hand from one tradition, a melody from another, a rhythmic feel from a third. All written in the same key, over the same chords, on the same beat.
Each draw picks the tune, the left hand, the chords, the form and the finishing touches on its own, not from a preset, so it makes combinations no preset has: a stride left hand under a flowing, ornamented tune, or a walking bass with harp-like rolled chords. Every draw starts from what a song needs, so it always plays as a complete piece.
Like what you hear? Save it as your own style and it keeps making new songs in it. Not quite? Back undoes up to 20 draws, so a good one is never lost. Every row of a random style is laid out in front of you, to tweak, remove or build on.

Mix your own
Every song is built from single-purpose musical "personalities": a stride left hand, a syncopated tune, a planned chord progression. Over 200 of them; drag them into a list and save it as your own style.
Seeds
Every song comes from a seed. Like one? Its seed brings it back exactly, so you can replay it or share it.
Variety in every style
Each song draws its own key, chords and melodic choices. Some parts appear in only a share of the songs, and others drift phrase by phrase as it plays.
Dry to dramatic
One Dynamics slider sets how much the song moves, from as written to full of drama.
Endless play
A new song follows each one, for as long as you like. Each song generates in about a second.
How it composes
Algorithmic, not AI.
ComposerFlex composes the way a musician does: from rules of harmony, melody, rhythm and form, tuned by ear. A progression planner chooses the chords, a melody writer lays out motifs that come back and develop, and each style brings its own left hand: stride, boogie, walking bass, Alberti, habanera.
How you hear it
Through PianoFlex.
ComposerFlex makes no sound of its own: it sends notes to an instrument. It plays straight into PianoFlex on the same PC, with no driver. It also saves songs as standard MIDI files, which any DAW or instrument can play.
